Principles

In addition to the content focus on sports and education, OneAgape prioritizes the sustainability of supported projects. On one hand, the association provides start-up capital to people with meaningful business ideas. However, the capital is not given in the form of microloans that need to be repaid. In return, OneAgape requires the business owner to train additional people free of charge and pay employees a fair wage. The ideas must comply with the ecological, economic, and social principles outlined in the graphic.

To avoid a disruptive influence on the local job market and ensure the aforementioned principles, we establish goals with business owners on the following topics:

Competition

Other businesses in the same industry should not experience disadvantages due to our support. For this reason, businesses should not expand excessively and should establish themselves in sensible locations. This is intended to avoid unwanted oversupply and competition.

Idea Generator

OneAgape does not act as an idea
generator. The ideas should come from the business owners themselves and then be further developed in collaboration with OneAgape.

Sustainability

The businesses should be managed in an ecologically and economically sustainable manner. Solar systems should ensure independence from the public power grid and gasoline generators. Additionally, the aim should be to run the businesses self-sufficiently and pass them on from generation to generation.
